NEW CLASS – Morning Flow – Thursday Mornings @7:00am

Join Cara for a flow of yoga postures to wake up the body, mind and spirit! The yogic texts say it is best to practice yoga in the early morning hours.  Enjoy this 60 minute class before work or chores to provide great focus and energy throughout the day. All levels welcome
