The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali is an ancient, foundational text, offering students - beginners and advanced practitioners alike - meaningful insight into the philosophy and practice of Yoga.  Though brief, this enormously influential work is just as relevant today as when first composed thousands of years ago.  Join us Saturday afternoon for an illuminating examination and discussion of The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali.

OM/Aum Workshop

Learn the meaning of OM/Aum, Different names of OM/Aum and what it symbolizes. Symbolism and what the symbol OM/Aum means in the daily life and Culture in India. Why do we chant OM/Aum? What are the benefits? Sanskrit Shlokas and mantras in the ancient texts describing greatness of OM/Aum and how it should be uttered.
